Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy is included in the full terms and conditions for each course, workshop or webinar. In order to register for any of our courses participants, must select the terms and conditions box during registration acknowledging acceptance of our terms and conditions.

Refunds for cancellations made prior to 30 days before the scheduled course commences will be provided minus an administration fee of 10% per course. Refunds for cancellations made between 30 days and 8 days before the scheduled course commences will be provided minus an administration fee of 50% per course.  Cancellations after this time will be subject to a forfeit of all monies paid.

Applications may be transferred to a future course, providing places are available, if notification is made to the Course Coordinator prior to 30 days before the course commences. Transfers after this date will be at the discretion of the course administrators and subject to availability. If a transfer has been approved less than 30 days before course commencement an administration fee equal to 50% of the course fee will be applied.

Please note participants who withdraw from the course, or do not successfully complete the course, for any reason are not eligible for a refund. Transfers may be negotiated at the discretion of the course administrators and subject to availability. Fees will apply.

Should the course be canceled, for any reason, all monies paid will be refunded in full.

These terms and conditions have been in place, as displayed at https://cmhe.com.au/terms-conditions-of-cmhe-workshops/, since 2010. We have only made one change since 2010 and that is to charge a 10% fee on any requests for refunds. We have our terms and conditions in place to cover Essentia Health Pty Ltd for the costs of administration, facilitators, travel and venues. We are always happy to facilitate transfers for individuals who have had extenuating circumstances.

Summary of terms and conditions for all workshops, online courses and webinars including cancellations and refunds are as follows:

  • Workshops; Online Courses with a Start Date; & Webinars: 
    • “Cancellations within one to seven days of course commencement will incur a 100% cancellation fee…” (Section 5.viii.)
    • “between eight and thirty days will incur a 50% cancellation fee” (Section 5.viii.) 
    • “In the event that a customer cancels a booking for which a transfer has already taken place, this will incur a minimum 50% cancellation fee” (Section 5.v.)
    • “Cancellations by customers made more than thirty days before course commencement will incur a 10% cancellation fee” (Section 5.vii.)
  • Online Courses without a start date & Recorded Webinars: “Cancellations within one to seven days of course commencement will incur a 100% cancellation fee…” (Section 5.viii.)
